Kathy will work with you to resolve general stress or specific areas of tension.  Your massage will be tailored to your needs by using any of the following massage techniques: Swedish, myofascial, deep tissue, craniosacral, muscle release techniques and sports massage and stretching.  If you have had an unpleasant experience with massage, I would love to change your perception of massage to a positive experience.  Please call me to discuss and plan your massage needs.
